Good college for internation students

I have studied at Transpacific Hawaii College (TPHC) for two semester, and found out that the professors of this college are nice and high qualified. The size of a class here is quite small (10 - 20 people per class). Most students are Japanese, so this is a good place to learn about Japanese (if you want to know more about Japanese).
