There are so many people out there who think they are in to sushi, but I've worked in and around it my whole life. Oyaji is about as close to the "real deal" as you can get in Orlando. The sushi is fresh, made to order and of great quality. The staff is also great, being friendly, fast and having infinite patience. You will sacrifice a lot by coming here. The restaurant is very small, only about 5 tables with no bar. There roller is also very slow, getting backed up very easily. Next door to Oyaji is a pool hall and bar; so although the restaurant is open until 2 A.M., it is almost intolerable after 11 P.M. For those that make it during slow hours, on a quiet day, manage to get seated and know what to order...Oyaji will make you realize what you have been missing.
