Best Meal Chinese Food, located on E. Main Street in Patchogue Village, is a good choice for Chinese food if you're in Patchogue. Many of their dishes are great, and they can be altered to your liking (as for me, I get them more spicy). The lunch specials are among the better specials as one gets soup, the main dish and fried or white rice for only around $4 to $4.50, opposed to it being about $5 at other places. It's pretty much takeout as the inside is uninspiring and depressing.
