When we moved into our apartment a few things from our lease were still not finished. They promised by the end of the week. However a year later- nothing was done. We had major major water damage that they kept trying to play off as nothing. It got to the point where we got so sick, it was obvious something was wrong. They covered up electrical problems. They never connected their fire alarm system to the fire station. In the end they decided not to renew our lease because they didn't want to have to continue fixing problems in our apartment. They just painted over the wall, and rented it out to new people who had no clue until it was to late!

If you want to live in a dorm all over again, this is the place for you to live! The walls are so thin that when I called my husband to tell him I was pregnant the whole building knew by the end of the afternoon. Marks & Co., Inc if you take all their garbage will treat you fine. However if you have a problem- they will make sure you are the ones screwed. Our neighbors were so loud above us that my son could never get any sleep. When we complained to the management they told us oh well to bad- even when our son became failure to thrive because of it.

Every time we have to bring our car in there because it needs a nissan specific part we not only leave still having problems but it costs us an arm and a leg. They were supposed to call when a part came in. I called two weeks later and found out they had sold it to someone else and had forgotten to call. We had our brakes fixed and 3 months later needed them replaced cause they had ruined them!

The philly Zoo is a fun place to go on a long sunday afternoon. Even when our oldest was a mear 3 months old we had a great time. Now his favorite part is the children's petting zoo. He has so much fun running after the animals and the staff is very used to rambuncious little boys! Our favorite part of the trip is watching the kids and their reactions to the different animals and people.

She is amazing!!! I trully felt she was looking out for our best interests. I have met with a lot of relators and all they cared about was making money and not about what the family can afford. Gail made sure we found the perfect house for us, for the perfect price. She walked us through every step and was awesome when it came to haggling a price! After we closed she called and made sure all was in order and we had a successful move in.

The school over all is a good Jewish day school. The problem they face is that it is really only the only jewish day school in the area so they have to cater to a very diverse community. Because of this nobody trully gets what they want. The glasses are kept coed until 3rdish grade- some like, and some feel that is way to long to be keeping the sexes together. The levels of koshrus, and Torah observance as a whole is kept on such different levels by both the teachers and students, that I believe for a young child is confusing. To have a child be taught about Torah by a teacher who does not keep strictly seems a bit confusing.

Once they showed up they did do a good job, and were efficient in finding the problem with my plumbing. My biggest problem with them was that they never seem to return calls or even call me back when I tried to schedule an appointment. I went through my home warranty and when they did not call me to make the appointment I had to have the warranty people call and get the appointment scheduled. Again though, once they came, they did excellent work.

Rabbi Shraga Sherman, The Chabad shaliach in Bala Cynwyd is a very charismatic guy who makes people enjoy Judaism. Rabbi Sherman has adult programs that really get to the heart of the topics and make you have to think. His children's programs from the shofar factory, matzah bakery, and hebrew school bring kids from all over to learn more about the wonders of mitzvahs and Torah. He also has monthly speakers who he brings in who are experts in their fields of study. Great learning, great atmosphere.
