Krystal Nails is a very convenient place for students to get their nails done. It is located just a few blocks from the UC Berkeley campus on Telegraph avenue and they have really cheap rates for manicures and pedicures. They sell tons of good products for your hair and they have lots of discounts for students too. If you want to get a haircut, I would recommend this very lovely place.

They usually have 21 and over events but sometimes they have 18 and over ones too. It is very pretty inside and one of the better nightclubs I've been to in San Francisco.

Crossing the Bar is a very nice nightclub located at Pier 33. It is pretty cold in that area so wear something warm in case of long lines. Buy tickets early to prevent getting them for a lot of money at the door. The dance floor indoors is pretty small but there are lots of tables and chairs to sit and relax and it's a nice bar too. During clubbing events, they have a dance floor and cages outside too.

Like all clubs, buy tickets in advance to get them cheaper and wear something warm because lines tend to be really long. They recently remodelled and it looks great.

It is a cool place to go for dancing and drinking and having fun with friends but most of the people there are asian so not much diversity considering it's San Francisco. There are sometimes theme parties such as foam parties at the club. Buy tickets earlier because it costs a lot more at the door.
