Souplantation offers the freshest vegetables and fruits you can find anywhere, especially at Irvine. The food is consistenly excellent, and there is a wide variety for everyone to choose from buffet style. There are at least 70 choices of items to put on a salad, plus house salads available.The soup bar offers clam chowder, chili, lentil soup, chicken noodle and a rotating choice. Great restaurant.
