Good: I was greeted by friendly helpful staff that understood my concerns.
Tim not only walked me through the repair process but also stayed in contact with me throughout the repair. He also handled all of the calls and requests to my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with any of that.
when they called 4 days early to tell me my car was ready to go I was pleasantly surprised, but even more surprised to see that everything was repaired to BMW factory standards.
I will refer Lakeside Kirkland everytime!!. Bad: I can't think of a single thing I'd change about my experience. the only thing that could make it better would be if they actually had a crystal ball to "make the accident not have happened".. Improvements: My only concern is that if everyone finds out how good these guys are, I'll have to wait longer to get my BMW in the next time I have a need for thier services!. Other: I am a "review nut" when it comes to who is going to work on my cars.
I read a few of the reviews for Lakeside, and the only thing I can say is that these people know their stuff...and they know how to take care of their customers' needs.
If Lakeside in Kirkland can't make you happy...then NO ONE Can!!
