Anytime I call Toledo IV Care to order more supplies for my son the Customer Service Rep. is always really nice and most of the time knows who I am when I call. They ship the supplies the same day I call and I have them on the next day. They always ask how my son is doing. I don't have to usually tell them exactly what I need they just punch it into the computer and it comes up with what we had ordered last. Makes it nice for me because I can never remember what the actually items are that I am calling for.
