I had to have my camera fixed a few months back. They fixed it but within a week it broke again. Since it was still under warranty they fixed it again for free. When I went to pick it up they tried to charge me $30.00 for shipping because they had to send it out to have it fixed. There was no where on my invoice that said I had to pay for shipping. The lady at the shop showed me the carbon copy that said I had to pay shipping. It was on her copy but not mine, she wrote it in so she wasn't out $30.00. I reported her to the BBB but I still had to pay the $30.00. I was not a happy camper. I will never do business with them again.
