Dr. Thomas Quigley M.D. is one of the finest optometrists I have ever known. He is extremely knowledgeable about the latest developments and techniques used in his field. His care with patients is superb, especially with senior citizens which comprise the bulk of his business from what I can tell. Dr. Quigley is also a very caring human being, donating his time with those suffering from cataracts and who otherwise could not afford cataract surgery. Outstanding in his field. Highly recommended.
