Good: Great Service, Food, Great team of Staff, kind and friendly, always accomadating.. Improvements: That the Customer understands the difference between debit and credit card transactions with the banking industry. Adebit card when used in the service industry hair, restaurants, hotels and gas stations, are processed different then a credit card. The credit industry when ran knows if the balance is overdrawn, on a debit they don't and not all but sometimes add a 20% tip to that transaction. Once the funds are verified it is dropped as if it never existed. Understanding on the consumer would be great.. Other: We at Samanthas Restaurant have always given a 100% to our customers. And anyone who frequents us knows that....You have to wait to be seated. Then are greeted, then asked what woulod u like to drink, then the server gives the customer time to address the menu and specials, I would find it hard to belive we would have a customer wait 10mins. If that customer felt that way, I applogies as the owner however we a sit down family restaurant. Thank You. more
