A Disappointment

You hear a lot of good things about Excuria, but I found it really disappointing. I've tried it a few times. The massage I had was pretty lame - I could hardly feel a thing. The girl just seemed to have weak hands. I also had a facial that was a non-event. They did not exfoliate or do an extraction - just put a few different lotions on my face - and left the room for 20 minutes to let it "soak in" - so it wasn't really an hour facial.
