Dislike The Location

Everytime I go to this theater there's about 5 cop cars sitting out in the front and usually someones getting arrested. I tried going to a matinee thinking it would be better and the same thing happened. The theater is beautiful and the people that work there are always so friendly and the consession stand is always FAST! The theaters inside are always immaculate, I never see any garbage laying around and the floors never seem sticky like other theaters that I've been to do. I just wish it was located in a better area!!
