Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park is a fun place to take the family. It's definitely not a place for thrill seekers as the rides seem to be a little more low-key than that. It's great for kids, though. The Camp Snoopy area is perfect for younger kids.I'd say the rides there are geared toward the 3-6 age range. There are a couple of roller coasters for older kids and adults which of course, includes the time tested Montezuma's Revenge. This is a great place to spend the day.

I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. The work that they did do was good, but they stopped showing up about 3/4 through my project. They never returned my phone calls and so I finally just wrote them off. Luckily we did not get ripped off as we were paid up only to what had been done, but it sure was a hassle.

The Nature Center is just beautiful. There are plenty of hiking trails,. a creek and picnic tables so you can eat lunch. The center has a great kids room with a few animals - some birds and fish....

There is a small nature tables with interesting things for the kids to touch, like a molted snakeskin, for example. It is so peaceful and relaxing.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Heath the Handyman. He was very friendly and did a great job on my projects. I did have to call him a few times to remind him that he was supposed to do another job for me, but when he returned he did it well. He also didn't mind that my kids were fascinated by watching him work.

The City of Corona Animal Shelter is a great place. The kennels are clean and the animals food and water is clean and filled. The staff are friendly and patient. They are not a no-kill shelter, but they do allow the animals to stay even when their time is up as long as they have the space. The dogs that I rescued had already been there for over a month.

I found Al's Woodcraft to be WAY to expensive. Their furniture appears to be very well made and quite solid, but come on - it's unfinished! I think you could get finished furniture on sale elsewhere...
I found Al's Woodcraft to be WAY to expensive. Their furniture appears to be very well made and quite solid, but come on - it's unfinished! I think you could get finished furniture on sale elsewhere for the same price as unfinished at Als. I have been in this store twice and been completely ignored by the staff each time.

Sprawling Craig Park in Fullerton is just beautiful. It is full of humongous shade trees and numerous walking/jogging trails. There are playgrounds for the kiddoes and a beautiful duck pond. There is even a small concrete ravine for skateboarding. It is so quiet and peaceful you forget how close you are to busy roads and freeways.

Corona Health Foods is just o.k. It's definitely nothing to write home about and not the first place I go when I need something. The store is really small so the selection is very limited and the merchandise sometimes seems old. I've bought things there a couple of times that I needed in a hurry and couldn't find anywhere else so I was definitely glad it was there.
