My friend recommended the person who owned this place to redo my garage floor and add new living spaces in the back. I took the bait (even if this person works 30 minutes from here) and asked for this person. They worked for about a couple of weeks or so on the floor, the new housing, and the painting. When it was done I was almost impressed except for the fact the floor seemed uneven. I was not happy about that and complained to him. In the end, I received a 100 dollar discount for the unneccessarily poor work.
