We have been using McKnight Hogan & Noonan Realty for the sale of our house. We have been very impressed with the level of advertising they have done. Our house have been featured in many newspapers (realty section), realty magazines and great signage out front. They have been proactive in having open houses, one weekend they even had two (Saturday and Sunday). Our realtor is a very personable woman who seems to know the market. They also created tasteful brochures we are proud to see handed out.
