I Love Sushi is excellent, but I'm not sure the crowds and the prices are worth it. There are a lot of sushi places to choose from just in the Bellevue area. I try to go here only during the week; otherwise the wait can be over an hour. The dishes are good and can be inventive, but I find the waitstaff to be snobbish and rushed. I prefer to go to a smaller sushi joint - the sushi may not always be as good, but the service is always better.
