Andres delivered the wrong cake to my wedding. Moreover, the extraordinarily rude attitude I received when I discussed it with them after the wedding was shocking. I ordered a cake directly from their catalog with no changes so there's really no excuse. I am so dissapointed and saddened by their poor customer service. I had, previously, been there for a lunch a couple times - food was average but the service was horrible & slow. Never again!
