Great for summer dates

Sponsored by the university, the Old Lyric Reparatory Theater features musicals and plays during the summer. It’s in a unique old building and the smaller performance room can create an intimate atmosphere, especially when the actors interact with the audience. Students often act in the performances. I did not particularly care for the last two performances I saw there, but I have enjoyed performances there in the past. Many discounts are available (like for students), and ticket prices are reasonable.
