This is the best brunch in Santa Fe - maybe the best brunch in the southwest United States. Pasqual's is a small, cozy, local feeling place. The menu is extensive and the food is outstanding. Heuvos Rancheros - my breakfast standard - has never tasted so good. They can make it mild to spicy - if you've got courage - go spicy. The wait can be long (over an hour) so get your name in early and then wander around downtown Santa Fe.
