The Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in Boulder. The founders - Kimbal Musk and Hugo X are wonderful people and completely dedicated to the restaurant. It shows in everything they do - from the atmosphere, to the food, to the style of the place. Lunch today was - as usual - fantastic - delicious, fresh food nicely presented. The french fries (as a starter) are a required part of the meal - don't miss them. I had a tuna salad sandwich today which is unusual for me (I don't really like tuna sandwiches) but it caught my eye, I gave it a try, and it was A+.
