Decent TexMex - only TexMex place in Aspen open for lunch

Cleary an Aspen party place - at 11:30 it still smelled like beer from the night before. The service was good (the place was empty when we arrived) and the food was adequate. I had the huevos rancheros (in my quest for the perfect huevos) - I'd give them a B-. $34 for two people - medium price (but typical Aspen) for lunch.
