Terrible service

Their service is very terrible. The train breaks down quite often and they are seldom come on time. Their price keeps going up almost every year but their service is never any better. People just have no choice but to use their service because they are the only one who provides a subway transportation service. Unless you have no other transportation alternative, they are not recommended.
