I've always had a great experience here. I've mostly been a causual browser but I've never felt that the owner was rude or mean at all and seemed very friendly to me every time I've been in-even when I haven't bought anything. Just this past christmas she helped me pick out a great gift for the Mother-In-Law Who Has Everything that she actually loved. It's a little pricey yes, but it's a boutique store so it's gonna be.
