We're taking our volvo to Grossinger's for service because it is the only service in the neighborhood. Since they have a lot of customers in the neighborhood, I think, they are not providing good service. We took our car there a lot of times and in many cases they did not or forgot to fix some of the things we asked for. We had to go back to the service in a short time after we got the car from the service for the first time. It is really inconvenient; especially if you consider that they are not open at the weekends and are closed at 6pm at weekdays.
