Don't go to The Park Plaza Hotel (formerly known Radisson)

I think when the building got old enough, rather than renewing the building they changed the name from Radisson to the Park Plaza Hotel. The building is quite old, there is a bad smell everywhere, and nothing looks clean. There was a leakage in our bathroom.
The location is not good, either. Don't be fooled by the ad "just 4 blocks from the French quarter". Yes, it is 4 blocks away from one corner of the French quarter but the neighborhood suddenly changes when you leave the French quarter. I went two days before my husband and I was so scared that I did not go out of the building in the dark before my husband arrived.
