I am a real coffee addict and a little difference in the way they make coffee can be big difference to me. This is the place where the best coffee is made. Having a taste of their lattes, I no longer wanna get a cup of latte from Starbucks or others. There is such big difference!
The guys up there are very friendly and they all are very knowledgeable about their coffee. You can try it at home as well.You will not regret...

But remember that it is a fast food restaurant! The atmosphere in the restaurant is average; you wouldn't not choose to spend your Friday night with friends up there.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights: I wish we didn't. First of all, the location was very bad. Don't fooled by "downtown". Although you can walk to downtown, you have to walk through very nasty streets, especially at nights it is scary.
The rooms were of poor quality. Our room was very rundown and depressing. It was clean on average, but the shower did not look clean at all.
The breakfast was bad, too. The breakfast room was like a small old store. There was a staff member taking care of the food. She was counting the number of people entering the breakfast room and supplying only that much of food. It was very annoying!!!

It is hard to find a good hotel at affordable prices in Hollywood. We've looked at many hotels (driven and looked into rooms) and decided at Ramada. The service was good, rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. We will definitely return in our next trip to Hollywood.

I've found this store in a coupon book and since I didn't know any other, I decided to give a try. I was looking for advice for our hand vacuum and was not sure if it is worth having repaired. Although they didn't repair, they gave me a lot of ideas. They were very helpful and friendly.

We're taking our volvo to Grossinger's for service because it is the only service in the neighborhood. Since they have a lot of customers in the neighborhood, I think, they are not providing good...

Since they have a lot of customers in the neighborhood, I think, they are not providing good service. We took our car there a lot of times and in many cases they did not or forgot to fix some of the things we asked for. We had to go back to the service in a short time after we got the car from the service for the first time. It is really inconvenient; especially if you consider that they are not open at the weekends and are closed at 6pm at weekdays.

The building is old, which did not bother us since it was just accompanying the general style of Mackinac island. The annoying thing was the noise: the building has very old wood floors and you can hear every step people make. It is especially troublesome when you are trying to sleep at night. One other thing: the shower was really small and the housekeeper forgot to renew the shampoos twice..

The room was large but the bathroom was very small; the toilet was very small (especially for my husband) and looked very old, the bath tube was draining very slowly so when you take a shower it becomes almost full. And we didn't wan to touch anything as they looked like cleaned very long time ago.
There are plenty of options around, this hotel is not the place the great views of Niagara Falls. Next time, I will go somewhere else...

They try to be nice but I wonder if they do anything to improve the service. One good thing is there is free breakfast, which is ok. It does not have much variety but at least you have breakfast watching the TV.

The location is not good, either. Don't be fooled by the ad "just 4 blocks from the French quarter". Yes, it is 4 blocks away from one corner of the French quarter but the neighborhood suddenly changes when you leave the French quarter. I went two days before my husband and I was so scared that I did not go out of the building in the dark before my husband arrived.
