Lacking in bedside manner...

The doctors at this practice are good, they have excellent medical knowledge. But some of the doctors have been in practice too long and are impatient with questions. As a new mother I did not receive explanations to sincere questions, but some rather snotty, sarcastic responses to questions on feeding, etc. The office staff is also generally rude. I felt my children were in capable hands but prefer to deal with practitioners who are friendly and put my child at ease. We have changed practices and couldn't be happier elsewhere.
