I love the drive in theater everyone once in a while. It's so nice to enjoy a double feature for a very cheap price with the added privacy. The biggest tip is to bring some of your own stuff to eat. sometimes it is fun to even order food togo and head to the theater then. The concession prices at this place are quite high, so they should be avoided. It's always best to not park close to other if you don't have to. If you are a person that likes to talk during movies, here is your solution.

Martin's fantasy island is a smaller amusement park. It is better for younger kids, however, if you are taking a trip to an amusement park last minute its can be a fun thing. It's cheaper than other options, and you can almost always find some kind of discount somewhere (I usually try the entertainment book etc). It has one or two roller coasters a few of the basic rides you expect, and some water type rides. Enjoy.

This museum is perfect for a single kid or a small group of kids. Limited supervision is required as it is a small but hands on experience for younger kids. The age range that this is best for is about 6 years old. It's worth a visit, and especially if you can go around the end of august during the Toy festival they have in East Aurora related to Fisher Price I believe. This is another good and fun option when you are wondering what to do with kids.

So only go here if you are looking for something particular and there is no substitue whatsoever. It's a smaller place, but the person working there was nice. It's worth if you have the money and they have what you want (or need) to buy.

I went to this store when I was going to get a new suit. At the time they had a sale going on. It was a liquidation sort of sale of old inventory. While I did not end up buying a suit there were a lot of good deals there. Supply on some selections were limited because of the sale I imagine. The salespeople there are high pressure in some ways but also very helpful. I would stop here again for a suit or work clothes.

The associates have a good knowledge of what items to suggest to customers depending on skill level etc. Their prices vary, but you can usually find a deal here compared to other music stores. I'd recommend stopping by if you are in the market for buying or need to repair an instrument. They also have a website.

This place is absolutely crazy. It has some of the funkiest paraphenalia I have ever seen in one place. It's a sizeable place, and most of the merchandise is related to hydroponics and weed related stuff. This surprisingly included bongs and a lot of other stuff. Also, last time I was there a lot of stuff relating to older music (60's and 70's) was available.

This place is unbecoming from the outside, but has a surprising amount of space and a good variety of books. The large selection includes college textbooks. I have always found them to be the best place to go for used textbooks, and their prices are generally at least 5 bucks cheaper. The downside is that their supply on textbooks may be limited due to the scale of the bookstore. I'm satisfied with this place.

This place has a great selection of gardening items and gifts. It is a great place to go if you have anyone that you are buying something for that is very interested in gardening. The prices are fair and average, and its right on Elmwood avenue. The place is small but it's got a good variety of specialty items for gardener's. I'd check it out towards the end of summer as well for some deals.

It's amazing what we have here in the Elmwood Ave. area. This place has gifts that would be good for many occassions. I have also heard they stock a lot of stuff from local sources and vendors. The prices are fair and its fun looking through the store. If there is anyone you know that is hard to shop for give this place a try.
