Temecula is known for its vineyards. One would normally expect to pay a nominal fee for some wine tasting. But at Marurice Car'Rie, the wine tasting is free! This fact is not really well publicized. I only found out by asking the locals which vineyard I should go to. In terms of the wines offered at Marice Car'Rie, I strongly recommend 'Summer's End'. It is the sweetest dessert wine I've ever tasted. Every time I go to Maurice Car'Rie, I would make sure to buy a bottle. This wine is not on their wine tasting menu, so you would need to ask for it.
