When i was about to file my renewal papers i hired Atty Salas to process the documentation needed to process my working papers and so they filed it at the time mandated, however 2 months have lapsed and i have'nt receive the acknowledgement receipt from the Immigrations and Naturalization Service, so i called her attention regarding this matter. They immediately took action and wrote a letter copy furnished the receipt copy from the postal service and called the hotline for lawyers to inquire about my status. Im happy to announce that after all the intervention it was found out that my application was approved. If not for the timely intervention by Atty. Salas who knows my papers might be languishing at some unseen corner

Atty Silver is a well known lawyer in the immigration corner. I met him personally and he's so friendly and very professional. I think he provides one of the best services in the field of immigration that's whjy he has a lot of clients. Despite his good reputation however he's customer services needs improvement, a couple of times we attempted to call the office and ask some questions, the receptionist always tells us that they are in a meeting or if not they are not available. If they could improve this aspect then everything will fall into place. Despite the shortcomings however he is still one of the best in the field

The US Postal Service despite occassional lapses is doing a yeoman's job in distributing people's mails all around the country and the whole world while maintaining the security of all incoming and outgoing mails. Specifically our postman Mr. John Gallardo is doing a great job, whenever we needed mails to be retrieved in the postoffice we just call him and he delivers the mail the next day. The only concern is mail being lost, i feel this issue must be addressed in the light of the continuing identity theft that is happening in the country

There was one incident were we needed to hire a van or truck right away , we went to 2 locations they told us that they have nothing avaiable and that we needed to set up an appointment at least 2 days before and other excuses, so we ended up using a different van for hire company.
