I like Elite because even though they're a neighborhood shop, they really know what they're doing especially with high end shoes.
I brought a pair of Gucci stilettos that I had walked in on one too many blocks and they were able to make them look almost brand new. The soles that they used to replace mine were so much sturdier and had non-slip resistance. It was worth the $20 I spent to give new life to my old Guccis. This store is a bit cheaper than the other shoe stores I've been to including the midtown ones.
