I waited for several hours to be seen the first visit. They did a biopsy and told me they would call with the results. After giving me stitches they scheduled for me to return to have the stitiches out a week later. I never got a call but returned a week later to have the stitches out. Once again I waited almost 3 hours to have the stitches removed and when they finally called my name, they were rude and in a rush to hurry me out the door. This place was insensitive, unfriendly, rude, and a terrible experience.
To make matters worse, when I was there to have my stitches out, the nurse sent me into someone's empty office where I sat another half hour. Then a woman walked in and said, "when do you want to come back for surgery?". I told her I didn't know why I needed it, what was going on, or anything! She asked if I had spoken to the provider and I told her No that it was just the nurse who took my stitches out who told me to go into her office.
I felt slighted, ignored, rudely treated, and neglected as a patient. At the very least they are disorganized, and uninterested in patient care. I have absolutely NO FAITH in this organization, it's employees, or it's care, especially with the young front desk girl, the support staff, and the nurses.
STAY AWAY from this place. It is by far the worst dermatology experience I have ever had, and by far the worst medical experience ( more than once) that I could imagine. It was just HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND!
