Beau Jo's is hands down my favorite pizza in Colorado. I love their thick crusty crusts and different specialty pizzas. Building your own also tastes better than the local chain restaurants. I appreciate the casual atmosphere with friendly, courteous wait staff. Service is consistent atBeau Jo's whether eating at this location, in Idaho Springs, or Highlands Ranch.
