We hired All City Floor to install hardwood flooring in our kitchen and family room. They offered professional services beginning with their bid and during after project fine tuning. I felt that their floor installers were professional and polite as well as quick to get the job done. My only complaint is that we had them reuse the trim that was removed prior to the job being done and it was re-installed poorly and pieces were lost thus leaving gaps in the trim.
As stated before, they were professinal enough to send carpenters out 2 or 3 times more to eventually fill in the gaps but the final result wasn't very attractive (trimwise, floor was great). In hindsight, it may have been better to pay for new trim throughout.
