I like the franchise, but please do not visit this location. It is terrible. There are always too many people (ironic?) and the service is lacking to say the least. A common practice of the bar-tenders is to greet you, introduce themselves (with a handshake) and they may remember your name for the night. But something that personable should last longer, not that i could expect them to, but it is common practice, something like protocol.
