service is not great

I have gone into this CVS to develop digital prints (photos) and everytime I have had a 'not-so-pleasant' experience. First of all, they seem to be busier than others, because of its location: right off the T station. Furthermore, everytime we are looking for the Photo Lab Technician, they are not there, either on break, or walking around the store, when they should be servicing customers who would like to use the Photo Lab. Other than that, the quality of the pictures from their Photo Maker is not bad.
