Great food at reasonable price

This restaurant located on Tyler Street in the heart of Chinatown offers very good chinese food (as compared to the other ones in Chinatown) at reasonable prices. Also, if you celebrate birthdays there, they have a lottery drawing at the end that permits you to have coupons (ie: 10% the check). The place is not too bad and the servers are very nice.
