Colonial Candle and Gifts is one of those little hideaway shops that you just love to stumble upon. The owner is very nice and sociable, and doesn't hover over you while you shop. I like that she brings her cats to work ~ I spend as much time playing with them as I do browing the selection! They carry many name brands, and have the largest Yankee Candle display I've ever seen. They also have a large selection of sizes, from 3-wick room candles to small tea-lights, in every scent imaginable.
The only problem is that the over-abundance of candles (being their main item for sale) wrecks havoc on someone with allergies (like me). For those with severe allergies, you may have to wait outside while a friend shops for you.
