I'm a big fan of Chen's ~ I discovered it while working at DuPont Teijin Films, and even though it's a bit of a hike from my home in Colonial Heights, I love love LOVE to eat here! The food is very fresh and tasty, much better than the chain Chinese take-out spots like Top's China. My all-time favorite meal here is the General Tso's Shrimp, which I tried because I never saw it offered anywhere else and it just rocks. They also have really terrific spring rolls.
