The Novak Flowers Inc flower shop is very lacking when it comes to quality. It seemed that most of their flowers appeared to be wilting when I visited their store. Their selection of gifts is rather small and not very inspiring. Their staff did seem to want to help but were not that helpful. Their prices are very low but so is the quality.
