My toddler HATES to have his hair cut, so this is the place to go. He still hates it, but they're very fast and know how to handle a screaming, writhing child. To me, it's worth a little extra money to get the job done reasonably well in very little time. They offer a big screen TV that's showing some sort of kids movie and the child gets to choose a "ride" as the chair for their haircut - motorcycle, Jeep, racecar, etc. Another nice thing is you don't have to worry about annoying others with the screaming and crying (if that's how your child is with haircuts) because it's sort of expected at this place.
