Great place to buy formal dresses!!

Windsor, located inside the Montebello Town Center, is a great place to buy semi-formal to formal dresses. They have a wide variety to choose from, but it can be a little on the pricey side. Aside from dresses, they also sell trendy clothes for young women, but only a small selection. Once in awhile, Windsor has a major sale where you can get formal dresses for ½ the retail price.
