The girls are great and it is sad that the owner doesn’t know about customer service. The receptionist is a Nail Nazi directed by the owner who also does nails yet acts as if she is an employee. The owner directs the American receptionist to accept walk in(s) even when every chair is taken. The girls are then instructed to speed up your mani or pedi to clear the chair. My pedi was stopped for 10 minutes to allow the girl working on me to due a walk in eye brow wax. You have to do the "stretch" do have your mani done because the chairs are so close together. I wasn't the only dissatisfied customer at the time I was there. There were 3 other people having the same issues. It was like musical chairs. The owner doesn't care and pretended like she doesn't understand English. I would try Wonder Nails in Stevenson Ranch. So far that is the best place I have found.
