Since moving to Houston I have heard Rice referred to as the Princeton of the South. That is a pretty amazing reputation to have earned. My company hirers numerous Rice graduates every year and we are never disappointed with our choice. They have a great engineering school, great sports, art and cultural activities. All in all it is a very well rounded place to send your kids to. Best of all it is located near the Houston downtown and Galleria areas. A great place to go to school.
