Beal's liquor store is located just west of Interstate 45 and FM 2920 / Spring Cypress on the south side of the road. They have a ton of liquor to choose from, similar to Specs without the beer. They are never busy and have reasonable prices. The owner of the place is a great guy, he's hilarious. You will find just about everything you need there so be sure to check it out.
