I used go shop at Cal's before they remodeled their store, way back in the late 90s. If it was related to photography, they had it there. I bought my first SLR, a Canon AE-, there nearly a decade ago. Yikes, time sure flies. I received excellent service from a knowledgeable staff, the product was in great condition and the price was very good. It's great just to have a look inside. It feels like you're stepping into a photography museum with all of the old cameras and equipment, some of which you can take home for a moderate price. A great place to buy any photography equipment.

I've been shopping at PC Club for about two years now. Since then, I have stopped shopping at Fry's electronics and other local vendors for most products. If they have it at PC Club, I'm buying it there. Why? Great service, great prices, and great products. Most importantly, the friendly knowledgeable staff there are always willing to help, unlike Fry's. I've never purchased a product at PC Club that I didn't like. Their inventory is certainly not anywhere close to some of their competitors but they have enough to service my needs every time I go there. No more long lines, no more long waiting time at the return counter, and no more defective and used products for me. If only they carried toners and better media brands, I wouldn't have to go anywhere else! You guys are awesome!

I've only owned Volkswagens my whole life. It's the performance and value that keeps me coming back. But one thing that I hate about owning a Volkswagen is the people that I have to deal with. Perhaps it's just the way it is in Automotive industry, but I often deal with bad service from Volkswagen representatives. 2 times out of 3 when I take my car in, there's always a problem that didn't exist before I brought it in. It seems to me that they just don't double check their work. I've also never been in and out of a service station where they didn't charge me more than 50% more than what they quoted me over the phone. On top of that, some of the problems that occurs was directly related to a lack of maintenance on certain parts. Nowhere does it say in the instruction manual or any documents that I have received that these parts needed to be maintained, nor was I notified to maintain them. I can understand this if I take my car to different service stations but I've only taken them to McKenna. I've had to come back to the service station more than six times in the past so that they can fix a problem that they caused during the repair. I love Volkswagens. But sometimes I wonder why I keep coming back. I wish that some of the people that I deal with treated their customers better. Simple honesty would be much appreciated and double checking their work would save their customers a lot of time.
