My husband and I stayed at this hotel in July 2005. The hotel has only valet parking that costs $15. You can park on the street. I recommend that you park on the west side of the street (Collins Avenue). Hotel side (east side) parking mater costs twice of the other side. Our room didn’t have ocean view, but clean and comfortable. There is a long boardwalk to the south beach. You can walk to the art deco historic area in 20 minutes.
