Great restaurant

Monday, December 12, 2005
The Harborside Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants. The location on the waterfront is perfect, and while the dark wood decor is upscale, the staff is incredibly friendly and casual. The wait staff is in polo shirts, and it's the kind of place where you can be comfortable in jeans or a jacket and tie. The menu has some fancy stuff, but it's great. As noted in another review, the Caesar salad is called Brutus and is served as romaine hearts sliced lengthwise -- not chopped and tossed in a bowl -- but it's excellent. I love the Bistro for business lunches -- you get a great view, a reasonaby priced meal, and it's quiet and spacious.
