The wait to be seen was absolutely horrendous. And it's a lot worst when you've had nothing to eat for six hours or more. The secretaries and other clinical staff are useless.
The appointment was for 1:30pm. . .but we arrived at 1:15pm. . .and we weren't seen until 3:10pm. Then there's a 30min wait in recovery after the procedure. . .after which the dentist, Dr. Zats, hands us two prescriptions, a sheet with a list of post-op instructions and walks away to the next patient.
Well, it's now 5:30. That's right! I'm still here! We're waiting on some very important paperwork to be filled out by the dentist. I've already informed two of their staff, including the secretary, but maybe because I don't speak their language.
I've never blogged or written a review before. . .but I was compelled to sound off about my day at the dentist.
